Shipping policy

We ship exclusively through USPS.

Estimated delivery times

USPS delivery times vary by location, but most packages are delivered within 3–5 days after shipping. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Weekends, holidays, and inclement weather may affect delivery times. Delivery time is separate from order processing time.

Order processing

We strive to ship orders within 5–7 business days. This is our processing target, not a guaranteed shipping or delivery date. Processing time is separate from the time USPS takes to deliver your package.

Items that may require additional processing time

Items such as chicken feet, smelt, sardines, and chews may take longer to ship because they can require up to 96 hours of drying time.

Tracking your order

You will receive tracking information once your order is packaged for shipping. Tracking updates can be expected 24–48 hours after shipping.

Address changes and contacting us

You can request a shipping address change up to 72 hours after placing your order. Please use our website’s contact form to request an address change or contact us with shipping questions.
